isTextOptional property
Determines if the marker can be displayed with icon and without text.
Returns true if the marker allows text to be hidden, false otherwise.
Defaults to false.

bool get isTextOptional;Determines if the marker can be displayed with icon and without text. Sets whether the marker is allowed to appear without text.
Controls whether MapMarker can be shown as icon only. If false, the MapMarker
will not appear when the icon or text are blocked by other labels.
If true, icon will appear even if the text part is blocked by other labels.
If MapMarker.isOverlapAllowed is also true, the icon is always rendered on top of other
icons on collision, while the text label still participates in normal collision detection
and can be hidden. See MapMarker.isOverlapAllowed for details.
